Three prisoners executed in Hamedan and Nahavand prisons

The death sentences of three prisoners — identified as Alireza Razaghi, Bahman Soltani, and Noormohammad Asgari — were carried out in the prisons of Hamedan and Nahavand. The three had previously been convicted on charges of murder and drug-related offenses.
According to information received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, at dawn on Monday, October 20, 2025, two prisoners, Alireza Razaghi, a Turkish man from Famenin, Hamedan Province, and Bahman Soltani, were executed in Hamedan Central Prison after being sentenced to death on drug-related charges.
On the same day, Noormohammad Asgari, who had been convicted of murder, was executed in Nahavand Prison.
Iranian state media, including judiciary-affiliated outlets, have not yet reported on these executions.
