Three including two minors arrested by security forces in Oshnavieh

Security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran have arrested three residents of Oshnavieh (Shno), including two 17-year-old boys identified as Rebwar Mousavi and Zaher Azari, along with another man, Fakhradin Khaledi.

According to information received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Rebwar Mousavi and Zaher Azari, both 17, and Fakhradin Khaledi, all residents of the village of Miraveh in the Oshnavieh district, were detained by security forces on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

Hengaw has learned that Mousavi and Azari were transferred to the local Intelligence Department for several hours of interrogation and were later released on a temporary basis. Khaledi, however, remains in detention.

The arrests were carried out without an arrest warrant, and the reasons for the detentions or the charges against them have not been disclosed.
