Young Baloch man executed in Kerman Central Prison

Ali-Asghar Izadkhah (Damani), a Baloch prisoner previously sentenced to death on a charge of “premeditated murder,” has been executed in Kerman Central Prison.

Based on information obtained by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the execution was carried out at dawn on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Izadkhah, 27, from the village of Ziarat in Mehrestan County, had been convicted by the Iranian judiciary and put to death inside Kerman Central Prison.

Izadkhah was arrested five years ago along with his brother Mohammad-Taher after a violent altercation that resulted in one death. He was later sentenced to death, while his brother received a 25-year prison term for alleged involvement in the killing.

State media, including outlets affiliated with the judiciary, have not published any information about the execution.
