Four prisoners executed across four Iranian provinces

Iranian authorities have executed four prisoners in separate facilities in Semnan, Zanjan, Sabzevar, and Bojnurd. The individuals, identified as Yousef Khani, Yashar Jabari, Abbas Sadkharavi, and Moslem Hossein Zeynal, had been convicted in separate cases on charges of “premeditated murder” and “drug-related offences.”

According to information obtained by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, authorities at Semnan Central Prison executed Khani from Varamin at dawn on Monday, November 3, 2025. Khani had been arrested on drug-related charges and later sentenced to death by the judiciary.

Jabari, identified as a Turkish prisoner, was executed the same day in Zanjan Central Prison following a murder conviction.

Sadkharavi was executed at dawn on Sunday, November 2, 2025 in Sabzevar Prison in Razavi Khorasan Province after his conviction on drug-related charges.

Zeynal, aged forty-six and from Bojnurd, was executed at dawn on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 in Bojnurd Prison in North Khorasan Province. According to the Norway-based Iran Human Rights organisation, he had been arrested approximately four years earlier on a charge of “premeditated murder” and later sentenced to death.

Iranian state media, including outlets affiliated with the judiciary, have not reported these executions.
