Two prisoners, including a woman, executed at Qom Central Prison

Iran has executed two prisoners, including a female inmate, at Qom Central Prison. The individuals were identified as Hamideh Jabbari, 41, from Saveh, and Manouchehr Ramazani, 26, from Shahriar in Tehran Province.
According to information obtained by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the executions were carried out at dawn on Saturday, December 13, 2025. Both prisoners had previously been sentenced to death in separate cases on charges of premeditated murder.
Sources familiar with the cases said Jabbari had been arrested approximately four years ago on charges of killing her husband. Ramazani had been detained for a similar period in connection with a fatal street altercation that resulted in a murder conviction.
The executions have not been announced by Iranian state media or by outlets affiliated with the judiciary.
