A Kurdish political prisoner was taken to hospital after 53 days of hunger strike

Hengaw: Two Kurdish prisoner have been  on hunger strike in Rajaishahr prison  in Karaj for about two months, and their situation is very severe. According to a report by the human rights organization "Hengaw" , Mohammad  Nazari, a Kurdish political prisoner, after 53 days of hunger strike due to severe weakness and severe weight loss has been transferred  to the clinic , but after an hour and  no effective measures has been  restored to prison.  Mohammad Nazari was arrested on June 9, 1994 by the security forces of the Abu Zar Army in the city of Bokan and has since been detained in the prisons of Oromia and Rajai Shahr in Karaj prison. This Kurdish citizen was sentenced to death by the Iranian judiciary and then sentenced to life imprisonment. Saeed Shirzad, a political prisoner from Kermashan (Kermanshah), was arrested at Tabriz refinery on June 12, 2014, and was transferred to Evin Prison and then to Rajai Shahr Prison. On the other hand, Saeed Shirzad from Karmashan(Kermanshah) also suffered from a loss 17kg  of his weight after a 53-day hunger strike. These two Kurdish prisoners have been on hunger strike since August 18 this year along with several other prisoners.
