16-year-old Kurdish girl commits suicide in Sarpolzahab

Hengaw : A teenage girl from Sarpolzahab district of Kermanshah province has ended her life for unknown reasons.

 According to a report received by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Monday, January 25, 2021, a 16-year-old Kurdish girl identified as "Narges Morevati Mir Hesari"  from village of "Qarabolagh" in Sarpol-e Zahab ended her life for unknown reasons.

 According to an informed source, Narges Morouti ended her life by a shotgun .
Also in early January, 2021, a 13-year-old girl identified of Tara Tamarkhani ended her life in Sarpolzahab.

 According to statistics recorded by the Statistics and Documentation Data Center of Hengaw  Human Rights Organization, during 2020, at least 45 teenagers, including 26 girls and 19 boys,  ended their lives in different cities of Iranian Kurdistan.
