3 Kurdish citizens arrested in Baneh and Oshnaviyeh

Hengaw: In recent days, 3 citizens from Kermanshah, Mahabad, and Oshnaviyeh have been arrested by the Iranian security agencies  Baneh and Oshnaviyeh of Iranian Kurdistan.

According to a report received by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, June 22, 2021, two Kurdish citizens identified "Mehrdad Ahmadi Lalehabadi" from Kermanshah and "Hemmat Rahmani" from Mahabad were arrested by security forces in Baneh and transferred to an unknown location.

According to an informed source, these two citizens were members of the Komala Party of Kurdistan and had returned to Iran after separating from the party from the Baneh border.

On the other hand, on Wednesday, June 2, another Kurdish citizen from Oshnaviyeh, identified as "Mohsen Azizi", was arrested by the Iranian security services and temporarily released on bail after 24 hours.
