A citizen from Tangisar village of Sanandaj identified as Sobhan Moloudi, 32, was arrested on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, by the security forces at the Bashmaq border in Marivan.
According to the report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, Sobhan Moloudi has worked as a confectioner in the city of Erbil for 5 years and was arrested while returning to his hometown at the Bashmaq border in Marivan.
Hengaw has been informed that Sobhan Moloudi has been arrested without presenting any judicial document and transferred to an unknown location.
