A citizen from Divandareh identified as Zaniar Molaveisi, who was arrested and sentenced to prison for political activities, has spent nearly a year and a half of his sentence in the political prison of Sanandaj, and his news has not been reported in the media yet.
According to the report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, Zaniar Molaveisi, 30, was arrested in the spring of 2021 after being summoned to the Enforcement of sentences of Sanandaj and was transferred to Sanandaj Central Prison to serve his three-year sentence.
Zaniar Molaveisi from Divandareh was previously sentenced to 2 years in prison by branch 1 of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court headed by Judge Hossein Saeedi for being a member of the Kurdistan Free Life Party (PAJAK).
It should be noted that Zaniar Molaveisi has been deprived of the right to be sent on leave for the past year and a half.
