Hawyar Zahabi, a 17-year-old Kurdish child from Mahabad, has been accused by the General and Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of this city of "collecting and colluding to commit a crime against internal security."
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the third investigation branch of the General and Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Mahabad, headed by Judge "Yasser Gozali," has accused Hawyar Zahabi of conspiracy and collusion to commit a crime against internal security.
According to a document obtained by Hengaw, this prosecutor's office has set a bail worth 500 million tomans (12,500 USD) for the temporary release of Hawyar Zahabi.
Hawyar Zahabi was arrested by the Iranian government forces on Monday, January 2, 2022, and was subsequently transferred to Urmia Correctional Center.
