Mullah Ebrahim Karimi Nanleh and Mullah Luqman Amini, two clerics from Javanrud and prayer leaders of two mosques in Sanandaj City, were kidnapped by government forces on the way to Marivan.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on January 30, 2023, Mullah Ebrahim Karimi Nanleh and Mullah Luqman Amini were abducted by Iranian government forces on the Sanandaj-Marivan road.
According to informed sources, after the kidnapping of these two Mullahs, government forces raided the house of Mullah Ebrahim Karimi Nanleh.
There is no detailed information about the fate of these two Mullahs after they were arrested by government forces, and their conditions and whereabouts are unknown.
