A citizen from Sarableh was arrested following his protest against the chemical attacks on students

Amin Mahighir, a citizen of the Sarableh city of Ilam, was abducted by Iranian government forces after protesting against the chemical attacks on the students of this city.

According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on March 6, 2023, Amin Mahighir, 34, was arrested by government forces after protesting the worse condition of the students who were admitted to Sarableh Hospital due to the chemical attack.

It should be mentioned that Amin Mahighir was arrested by Iranian government institutions in late February and then released after posting bail.

Previously, government forces had continuously pressured his family to arrest this citizen in the past few months.
