Maryam Taghizadeh Dezfouli, a citizen from Ahvaz who was arrested earlier during the "Women, Life, Freedom" movement, has been arrested again by the Iranian government forces.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, Maryam Taghizadeh Dezfouli, from Ahvaz, was arrested by the Iranian government forces at her home in this city.
Maryam Taghizadeh has been accused of "propaganda against the regime" in a case by the Iranian judiciary.
Maryam Taghizadeh Dezfouli was arrested by the Iranian government forces on November 1, 2022, during nationwide protests in Ahvaz, and finally, by December 2022, she was released from Sepidar prison in Ahvaz on bail.
