Ayub Aghaliani, a 22-year-old Oshnaviyeh resident who was detained during the "Jin, Jiyan, Azadi" movement last fall and sentenced to imprisonment and flogging in two cases; his third case is currently pending, was temporarily released from Urmia Central Prison on 21 billion and 250 million tomans bail.
 

According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Ayub Aghaliani from Oshnovieh was temporarily released from Urmia Central Prison on 21 billion and 250 million toman bails till the end of his trial.


Previously, Hengaw published an exclusive report about this 22-year-old citizen and wrote:In February 2023, Ayub Aghaliani was sentenced to one year and five months in prison by Branch 106 of the 2nd Iranian Criminal Court in Urmia on charges of "destroying public property to confront the system and disrupt public peace and order".
 
Earlier in December 2022, he was sentenced to 10 years and 6 months in prison and 70 lashes by Branch 101 of the Iranian Criminal Court No. 2 in Oshnaviyeh.
 
Meanwhile, in his third case, Ayub Aghaliani appeared in the third branch of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Court in Urmia on Saturday, March 11, 2023, and was charged with "disturbance of public order and peace", "destruction of public property with the intention of armed confrontation of the regime", and "Moharebeh, which means raging war against god and armed rebellion against the Islamic government.
