The death sentences of two Turkish prisoners were executed in Shiraz Central Prison

The death sentences of two Turkish prisoners from Maragheh, named Abbas Rashgi and Saber Moghadami, who were previously sentenced to death for drug-related crimes, were executed in Adel Abad prison in Shiraz.
 
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, at dawn on Thursday, July 6, 2023, the death sentences of Abbas Rashgi, 39, and Saber Moghadami, 36, two prisoners from Maragheh city, East Azerbaijan province, were executed in Adel Abad prison in Shiraz.
 
These two prisoners were previously arrested on charges of drug-related crimes and were later sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
 
As of the time of this reporting, the news of the execution of these two prisoners has not been announced in the government media, especially the media affiliated with the judiciary.
