The implementation of the capital punishment of three inmates, Siamak Hayatbini, Muslim Havasi, and Seyyed Mansour Seyedi, all three had previously been sentenced to death by execution for drug trafficking.

According to a report received by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, the executions of, Siamak Hayatbini and Muslim Havasi from Kuhdasht, along with Seyyed Mansour Seyedi from Tehran, were carried out in the early hours on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, within the Qezelhesar Prison.

In preparation for their execution, these three prisoners were transferred to solitary confinement cells on the prior day, along with another detainee of Baloch origin named "Shehbakhsh." Subsequently, the fourth prisoner has since been returned to the general ward.

Sources from Kuhdasht have revealed that Siamak Hayatvahshi, 35 years old, had been in custody for seven years, while Muslim Havasi had been detained for eleven years. Furthermore, Seyyed Mansour Seyedi was a former member of the drug encounter units in Tehran.

Notably, these execution has yet to be announced through media outlets under governmental control, particularly those associated with the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
