In an investigation, Hengaw discovered that two Kurdish citizens with the same names as "Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini" from Saqqiz were killed by the Iranian government forces during the recent nationwide protests (the Jin, Jiyan, Azadi movement). In this case, the number of Kurdish citizens who have been killed during this movement has reached 137.

According to Hengaw’s investigation, one of these deceased, Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini, from Saqqez and the son of Seyyed Hadi Hosseini and Maleeha Hassannejad, who was an active participant in the recent nationwide protests, was identified by one of the repression agents named Ebrahim Abazari, a relative of this young man, and through a pre-planned plot, he arranged the murder of Seyed Mohammad Hosseini by the Iranian government forces.

In the course of this "government murder" plot, one of the repression forces told this young man, who was working as a taxi driver, to take a passenger with a high payment to a destination, and he accepted the offer. Following that, he was brutally killed in an attack by a number of Iranian government forces after paving a distance from the outskirts of Saqqez in the Khair (Qokh) district.

The family of Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini (son of Seyed Hadi Hosseini) withheld filing a complaint and declared the government murder of their son a "suicide" due to threats and pressure from IRGC intelligence.

According to the information provided by the source, Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini's body was buried by his family on Friday, October 21, 2022, under the strict supervision of the IRGC intelligence forces, and the presence of the public was also prohibited.

Maleeha Hassannejad, the mother of this young man, suffered a stroke after hearing the news of her son's death and went into a coma for nearly seven months. She finally passed away in Tehran's Rajaee Hospital on Sunday, July 9, 2023.

Seyed Mohammad Hosseini, the son of Seyed Ali Hosseini and Naske Mohammadpour, is another Kurdish citizen from Saqqez who was killed during the recent nationwide protests (Jin, Jiyan, Azadi movement) by Iranian government forces on November 11, 2022, in Mehr residences of Kohdasht city.

Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini (son of Seyed Ali Hosseini) was run over and killed by an Iranian anti-riot car while he was protesting against the destruction of citizens' cars by Iranian government repression forces in Mehr Residence in Kohdasht City.

The body of Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini (son of Seyed Ali Hosseini and Naske Mohammadpour) was also buried in the cemetery of Saqqez City on Friday, November 13, 2022, under the restrictions and supervision of Iranian government repression forces.

Based on the statistics registered in the Statistics and Documents Center of Hengaw, during the recent nationwide protests (Jina, Jiyan, Azadi movement), the identities of at least 137 Kurdish citizens who were killed by the Iranian government have been confirmed for Hengaw, seven of whom were killed in Saqqez city.
