According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, July 23, 2023, the government forces in the city of Kamyaran detained an engaged couple, named Zhina Pendar and Sadiq, by resorting to violence.
According to an informed source, these two young individuals were arrested in front of the Kamyaran Trade Passage while they were severely beaten by government forces.
