The fate of Heydar Ghobadi, a eulogizer (Madah) from the city of Kermanshah, remains unknown. He was arrested by Iranian government forces last week and reportedly subjected to severe beating.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, It has been four days since the arrest of Heydar Ghobadi, an eulogizer from Kermanshah. Despite his family's ongoing attempts to get updates, no information about his condition has been provided.
Hengaw had previously announced in a report that this individual was released after 24 hours with a written commitment. However, one of Ghobadi's family members informed Hengaw that no information about his fate has been available since his arrest.
According to a reliable source, Heydar Ghobadi was severely beaten by Iranian government forces while conducting a ceremony, and his health condition is a cause for concern.
On Wednesday, July 26 of this year, Heydar Ghobadi was arrested by Iranian government forces in the Kiyanshahr neighborhood of Kermanshah. He was detained under the accusation of performing a "lamentation in protest against the government" and subsequently taken to an undisclosed location.
