At least four prisoners called Amir Jahangiri, Javad Bazgari, Sajjad Nazari, and Mohsen Sharfi have been executed for drug-related crimes in Karaj Central Prison.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the death sentence of four prisoners called Amir Jahangiri, Javad Bazgari, Sajjad Nazari, and Mohsen Sharfi was executed in Karaj Central Prison on Sunday, August 6, 2023.
According to informed sources, the four prisoners were previously arrested in separate cases for drug-related crimes and later sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Until the time of writing this news, the execution of the four prisoners has not been announced in the government media, especially the media related to the judiciary.
