A Kurdish citizen from Mahabad, named Hemin Mohammadi, was arrested by the Iranian Intelligence forcesTabriz and transferred to one of the detention centers of this government agency.
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the evening of Friday, August 18, 2023, Hemin Mohammadi, 40 years old, from the village of "Otemish" in Mahabad, was arrested by the Iranian Intelligence forces in Tabriz city.
According to informed sources, Hemin Mohammadi married and the father of two children, was taken to an unknown location after being arrested by a number of the Iranian intelligence forces in Tabriz.
So far, there is no precise information about the reasons for the arrest and the charges against Hemin Mohammadi.
