Three Members of grieving family transferred to Qazvin Prison following their arrest

Ali Panah Heidari and his sons, Rouhollah and Morteza Heidari, three family members of Javad Heidari, a fallen protester of “Jin, Jian, Azadi” movement have been transferred to Choubindar prison in Qazvin.
According to information obtained by the Hengaw organization for Human Rights, Ali Panah Heidari, aged 70, along with his sons Rouhollah and Morteza Heidari, residents of Qazvin and members of victim family, have been relocated from the detention facilities of security agencies to Choubindar prison in Qazvin.
This comes as Fatemeh Heidari, another family member, reported that Morteza Heidari has been on a hunger strike for the third consecutive days and is at risk due to his diabetic condition.
Morteza Heidari had been previously detained by government forces just one day before his recent arrest on Wednesday, September 20th.
Fatemeh Heidari expressed her concerns, stating, "They are holding my father and brothers hostage in detention to force them to tell you, the people, that what you have seen with your own eyes and heard with your own ears are lies." She added that her mother's mental health has also deteriorated due to the distressing situation.
On the evening of Thursday, September 21st, simultaneously with the anniversary of the murder of Javad Heidari, while government forces, during a raid on their family residence in Rahmatabad village in Qazvin, initially arresting Morteza Haidari and immediately arresting his Dad and his brother deploying violence, excessive force, physical assault and tear gas during the raid and the arrest.
