According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, at dawn on Sunday, October 29, 2023, the death sentence of a prisoner named Shamsollah Banayie, 42, was carried out in Ahar Central Prison.
Shamsollah Banayie, from Takestan, Qazvin province, had been detained for the past three years on charges of premeditated murder stemming from financial disputes and had been sentenced to death.
