The death sentences of Farshid Pirhayati and his brother, Farshad Pirhayati, along with another prisoner named Asghar Suri, were carried in Nahavand Central Prison. These prisoners were previously sentenced to death on the charge of "premeditated murder".
According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, at dawn on Sunday, November 26, 2023, the death sentences of Farshid and Farshad Pirhayati, and Asghar Suri were carried out in Nahavand Central Prison in Hamedan province.
Earlier, by announcing the imminent executions in this prison, Hengaw wrote that the efforts of the families of these prisoners to obtain the consent of avengers of blood have been fruitless.
Farshid Pirhayati, Farshad Pirhayati, and Asghar Suri murdered a citizen named Meysam Zamaniyan in a fight on February 14, 2019, and after being arrested, they were sentenced to death. Another person was sentenced to death who escaped.
So far, the news of the execution of Farshid Pirhayati, Farshad Pirhayati, and Asghar Suri has not been announced in the Iranian state media, especially the media close to the judiciary.
