The death sentence of a prisoner identified as Reza Heidari, a resident of Khorramabad, the capital of Lorestan province, was executed in the central prison of this city.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on the morning of Saturday, January 13, 2024, the death sentence of a Lor individual from Khorramabad, Reza Heidari, was carried out in Parsilon prison.
It is worth mentioning that Reza Heidari was arrested several years ago on charges related to drug-related offenses and was later sentenced to death by the revolutionary court of Khorramabad.
Notably, as of the time of this report, there has been no official announcement of the execution of this prisoner in government-sanctioned media outlets, particularly those aligned with the judiciary.
