Hengaw: Three protestors of November sentenced to imprisonment by revolutionary court of Kermanshah.

According to the received report by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, judgment procedure of Sohbatollah Omidi, Khalil Asadi and Mehdi Abdali accomplished in 10th February and they sentenced to 17 years and 6 months imprisonment all together.

Based on sentence of third branch of revolutionary court in  Kermanshah presided  by Asadi judge, Sohbatollah Omidi sentenced to 5 years imprisonment due to membership in one of anti-Iranian regime Kurdish opposition party and 5 years imprisonment more because of making collusion against IRI.

Khalil Asadi has been sentenced  to 3 years imprisonment due to membership in one of anti-Islamic Republic of Iran Kurdish opposition party and also 3 years and 6 months imprisonment more because of making collusion against IRI security.

Mehdi Abdali like other protestors and by the same court sentenced to 1-year imprisonment due to collusion against IRI security. In addition, Mohyaddin Asghari is one of November protestors that his court didn’t accomplished.

All of these Kurdish citizens have been arrested in anti-governmental protests in Kermanshah, and some of them injured by direct volley of Iranian forces. Sohbatollah Omidi has been deeply injured from his arm. Additionally, before that Hengaw reported that Mehdi Abdali has been shot in jaw, abdomen and back in the time of detention.
