Iranian military forces attacked Kurdish women in Tekab

Hengaw: Iranian military forces attacked the Demonstrators and beat them severely in Aghdareh, a Kurdish village of Tekab in southeast of Urmia Province Thursday afternoon. According to Hengaw, the Iranian forces wounded a few demonstrators including the women and arrested some of them. According to Mokrian, he demonstrators have staged sit-in from twenty days ago and refused to leave until their demands are met. They protest employing the exotic people in the Aghdareh golden mine while the unemployment rate is so high in the region. The gold mine of Aghdareh is one of the biggest gold mines of Iran, but more than ninety percent of their employees are not from the local people
