 Mohammad Arian Khushgovar, an 18-year-old man from Sanandaj, who was injured by the Iranian government forces during the protests in Sanandaj, died after being hospitalized for four months due to the severity of his injuries.
 

 According to the report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Mohammad Arian Khushgovar, an 18-year-old man from Sanandaj, was injured by the Iranian government forces during the protests in this city in November of 2022, after being hospitalized for about four months in one of Tehran's medical centers, he passed away due to the severity of his injuries in the evening Tuesday, March 14, 2023.

 

 Hengaw has been informed that on Thursday, 17 November 2022, during the protests in Haji Abad neighborhood in Sanandaj, following the 40th-day death anniversary of 4 other citizens, Mohammad Arian Khushgovar was severely injured and was taken to Kosar Hospital for treatment and then there, he was transferred to Tehran.

 

 According to one of the eyewitnesses, the Iranian government forces hit him repeatedly on his head, stomach, and hand with multiple knives and left him thinking that he was dead.

 

 The body of Mohammad Arian Khushgovar was buried today, Wednesday, March 15, 2023, under strict security measures in Behesht Mohammadi Cemetery in Sanandaj, and the Iranian government institutions have threatened the Khushgovar’s family that they should not talk to any media about this.

 

 Taking into account this case and referring to the statistics registered in the Statistics and Documents Center of Hengaw, during the last six months of the Jina Revolution, at least 135 Kurdish citizens have been killed by Iran.
