Sepideh Rashidi (Derakhshan), a Baha'i resident of Ahvaz, has been arrested by security agencies of the Islamic Republic of Iran and transferred to an undisclosed location.

According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Monday, May 27, 2024, Sepideh Rashidi was arrested by IRGC intelligence forces and taken to an undisclosed location.

At present, there is no precise information regarding the reasons for her arrest, the charges against her, or her current whereabouts and status. It is noteworthy that in December 2023, IRGC intelligence forces raided Sepideh Rashidi's home, conducted a search, and confiscated several electronic devices, including her computer and mobile phone.
