Kurdish Man Arrested by Iranian Security Forces, Whereabouts Unknown

Salah Souri, a Kurdish resident of Piranshahr, has been detained by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with his current whereabouts unknown.
According to a report obtained by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Souri was apprehended in recent days by intelligence officers at the Jeldian junction in Piranshahr. The officers reportedly did not present a judicial warrant at the time of his arrest and subsequently transferred him to an undisclosed location.
Informed sources indicate that the security forces also confiscated Souri's mobile phone during the arrest.
