17-yerar-old Kurdish teen arrested in Oshnovieh, whereabouts remain unknown

Hemn Shah-Mohammadi, a 17-year-old Kurdish teenager and resident of Oshnavieh (Shino), has been arrested by security forces of Islamic Republic of Iran. Five days after his detention, there is still no information regarding his condition or whereabouts.
According to reports received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Hemn Shah-Mohammadi, a resident of the village of Amirabad near Oshnavieh, was arrested by security forces in the city on Friday, December 27, 2024. He was then taken to an unknown location.
Sources close to the matter have confirmed that the arrest was conducted without the presentation of a search warrant.
