Prisoner executed in Gonbad-e Kavus Prison

The death sentence of Milad Naseri, a Turkish prisoner from Ramian, was carried out in Gonbad-e Kavus Central Prison, Golestan Province. He had been previously sentenced to death on charges of “premeditated murder.”
According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, at dawn on Thursday, February 20, 2025, Milad Naseri, a 24-year-old resident of Zeynababad village, Ramian County, Golestan Province, was executed in Gonbad-e Kavus Central Prison.
Naseri had been arrested in a joint case on premeditated murder charges and was later sentenced to death by the judiciary. The execution of the other defendant in the case was postponed due to illness.
As of the time of this report, state-affiliated media, particularly those linked to the judiciary, have not announced Milad Naseri’s execution.
