Omid Moloudian, a Kurdish man from Bukan, has been arrested by Intelligence forces in connection with Newroz festivities in Kurdistan and transferred to an unknown location.

According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, Omid Moloudian, a 22-year-old resident of Karizeh Sardaar, a village in Bukan, was arrested by the Intelligence Office and taken to an undisclosed location.

A reliable source stated that his arrest was directly related to his participation in Newroz festivities in Kurdistan. However, despite ongoing efforts, his family has been unable to obtain any information regarding his status.

So far, there are no confirmed details regarding the charges against him, his whereabouts, or his current condition.
