16-year-old Baloch child laborer Yusef Rasaneh arrested by Intelligence Forces in Kong

Yusef Rasaneh, a 16-year-old Baloch child laborer, has been arrested by agents of the Intelligence Department in Kong, a district of Bandar Lengeh in Hormozgan Province, and transferred to an undisclosed location.

According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 l, Rasaneh, originally from the village of Firoozabad in Rask, was detained in the village of Dustkuy in Kong without an arrest warrant.

Despite repeated inquiries by his family, security institutions have denied any knowledge of his arrest. Rasaneh had been working as a fisherman in Bandar Kong to help support his family.
