Baloch teen forcibly taken by Intelligence agents in Rask

A Baloch teenager from the city of Rask in the Sistan and Baluchestan province, has been violently arrested and taken to an unknown location by Intelligence forces.

According to a report received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Monday, May 19, 2025, Rezwan Taraz, 17, was arrested with violence by plainclothes agents of the Intelligence Department in one of the alleys in central Rask and transferred to an undisclosed location.
 
Sources familiar with the situation stated that the teenager was riding his personal motorcycle when he was stopped and violently detained by the forces.

Despite the family’s attempts to obtain information about Rezwan’s fate and his condition, the security authorities have so far refused to provide any clear response.

 There is no detailed information available about the reasons for his arrest, the charges against him, or his whereabouts.
