Iran arrests three Kurdish and Baloch minors in Kamyaran and Qasr-e Qand

Iranian security forces arrested three 17-year-old minors. Ewraz Zamani and Behrouz Rashidi were taken from Kamyaran, and Abdullah Azizi was arrested in Qasr-e Qand in Sistan and Balochestan Province. All three were transferred to undisclosed locations.

According to information obtained by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Abdullah Azizi, from Azizabad village near Qasr-e Qand, was arrested in the city’s bazaar on September 10, 2025. The arrest was carried out without a judicial warrant and reportedly involved the use of physical violence.

Two days earlier, on September 8, 2025, security forces detained Ewraz Zamani and Behrouz Rashidi at their family homes in Kamyaran. Sources confirmed that both were subsequently transferred to an Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj (Sine).

No information has been made available regarding the charges against the minors, the reasons for their arrest, or their exact place of detention.
