Three Kurdish men arrested in Eslamabad-e Gharb, fate unknown

Kamyar Rashidi, Meysam Chabok, and Ahmad Madad, three Kurdish residents of Eslamabad-e Gharb (Shabad), have been arrested by Iranian security forces and transferred to undisclosed locations. No information is available regarding their fate.
According to information received by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, Rashidi and Chabok, both from Eslamabad-e Gharb, were arrested on Saturday, February 21, 2026, by government forces without the presentation of an arrest warrant and taken to an undisclosed location.
In a separate incident, Madad, 36, also from Eslamabad-e Gharb, was violently arrested by security forces at Shahrestani intersection on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, and transferred to an undisclosed location. Twelve days after his arrest, no information is available regarding his fate.
Hengaw has learned that Ahmad Madad had previously been arrested in 2019.
Authorities have not disclosed the reasons for the arrests, any charges, the place of detention, or the current status of these individuals.
