A member of the Revolutionary Guards identified as Ghahreman Shahidi, 60, was killed on Thursday, July 21, 2022, by unknown armed men in the "Soura Tou" village of Sarvabad.
According to the report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, Ghahreman Shahidi was from the village "Soura Tou" in Sarvabad. He was a retired member of the Revolutionary Guards and previously participated in several operations against the forces of the opposition Kurdish parties.
Hengaw has been informed that the body of Ghahreman Shahidi has been transferred to the forensic doctor of Marivan.
As of this writing, no Kurdish group or party has accepted responsibility for the death of this member of the Revolutionary Guards.
