Letter from the family of Ramin Hussein Panahi to the UN Special Rapporteur, Asima Jahangir

Hengaw: The family of Ramin Hussein Panahi sent a letter to the UN special rapporteur on Iran affairs, stating that Ramin, who is severely injured is kept under interrogation.
Ramin Hussein Panahi was arrested on July 3 after a clash between the forces of Komala a Kurdish Communist Party of Iranian Kurdistan and the Iran forces in Sanandaj. No information on his whereabouts and health condition is made available to his family.

Ms. Jahangir, on the second day of July, a group of Peshmergah of the Komala Kurdistan Party in Sanandaj was targeted by the shooting of the Revolutionary Guards, with two of our family members, Ramin and Sabah Hussein Panahi, along with Hamed Seif Panahi And Behzad Noori, "and three of them were unhappy, and Ramin Hossein Panahi was transferred to a hospital in Sanandaj, after being hit by a bullet, and after half an hour his Revolutionary Guard forces To an unknown location.
Hours later, the IRGC intelligence forces stormed our house, while Afshin Hussein Panahi, the daughter of the great daughter and father of Ramin, was arrested by Parvaneh Hossein Panahi and arrested the child's child and moved to an unknown location. In spite of our continuous follow-up during the past days and contact with judicial security institutions, Afshin's fate has not been reported.
On the other hand, news reports indicate that the situation of Ramin Hussein Panahi, who was severely injured and should be under the supervision of a doctor and surgery, is in dire straits and was transferred to one of the IRGC detention centers and now under physical torture It is also possible that they will lose their lives under the same conditions and in the absence of medical examination.
Ms. Asmaa Jahangir, for ten years, has been systematically ruling our family by the regime of the Islamic Republic for a period of arrest, killing, exile and all sorts of physical and psychological pressures on our family, and during this period we have been plagued by hardship, The bitter experience of frequent and frequent loss of family members "Ashraf and Sabah and Massoud Hussein Panahi ..." and the physical and psychological injuries of Anwar Hossein Panahi are unforgettable for us during the seven years of arrest in intelligence and prison cells.

Our basic question is: where in the world are they arrested for someone else's activities?
Hence, it is feared that John Ramin is at serious risk with regard to the severity of his injuries and the history of violence that we have from the intelligence and security agencies of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Therefore, we call on the Hussein Panahi family of all international institutions and international organizations and, as a reporter, we would like to prevent the occurrence of another catastrophe for our family by serious and effective intervention.
In this situation, we cry out your oppression and litigation, because we believe that you are the UN Special Rapporteur and you can bring the voices of those who are out of siege to the international institution.
Let's hear the call of the innocence of our family that we have not had a moment of peace and comfort in our hearts.
