A Kurd soldier was sentenced to 10 years in prison

Hengaw : A Kurdish soldier from Shno (Oshnavieh) was sentenced to prison on charges of cooperating with Iranian opposition parties.
According to the report to the Human Rights Organization of "Hengaw", on the day of secession (October 24th), the first branch of the military prosecutor's office issued a Kurdish soldier with the identity of "Sadiq Eini" on charges of supporting and cooperating with one of the Kurdish parties of the Iranian opposition to 10 years imprisonment Sentenced and Exiled to Ardebil prison.
A verdict has been issued in the absence of him and even without the presence of his lawyer.
Sadiq Amini is the son of Khalil from the village of Singan, who lives in the city of Sheno (Oshnavieh).
In a corps of the Revolutionary Guards located in the city of Sheno (Oshnavieh), Kurd soldier was serving a compulsory military service, arrested on 4th of August this year by intelligence forces.
Sadiq Eyni is currently detained in Section 13 of the Orumiyan Prison, which is reserved for ordinary prisoners.
