Second Kurdish Detainee Dies in Iranian Prison

Hengaw — A second detainee lost his life in prison in Iran under torture of security forces.
Hangaw has learned that the dead body of Kianoush Zandi has been delivered to his family in Sanandaj after he had spent 11 days under tension.
A relative of Zandi has confirmed the report to Hangaw and stated the young man was injured by security forces just before they arrest him.
The source, who wished to remain anonymous for security reasons, also revealed that Zandi’s mother was summoned by Iranian intelligence service on Saturday before they announced his death.
The first victim who also died under detention was identified as Saro Ghahramani, 24.
