Arrest of a Kurdish Citizen in Marivan

Hengaw: A Kurdish citizen got arrested by security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Marivan, Kurdistan Province, and was transferred to an unknown location.

According to the received report by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Tuesday evening, October 27, 2020, Ettelaat forces (the Intelligence Service) arrested a young man named Atta Fattahi, 24, from Sardoush village near Marivan.

An informed source said that Ettelaat forces arrested this Kurdish citizen for cooperating with one of the oppositional parties of Kurdistan.

Atta Fattahi was transferred to an unknown location after being arrested. His family has attempted to find out his whereabouts but they weren‘t successfull.
