Hengaw: One of the recent detainees that n Bukan district of West Azerbaijan (Urmia) province in Iranian Kurdistan has been transferred to the women's ward of Urmia Central Prison after more than three weeks in detention.
According to a report received by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on the evening of Wednesday, February 3, 2021, Azima Naseri, one of the detained women from Bukan, was transferred to the women's ward of Urmia Central Prison after 25 days of detention and interrogation.
She has been detained for the past 25 days in the IRGC Intelligence Detention Center in Urmia and has been denied access to a lawyer.
Azima Naseri was detained on Saturday, January 9, 2021, following the new wave of mass detention of Kurdish citizens.
Earlier, Hengaw reported that Iranian security forces entered this citizen's house under the pretext of repairing the gas pipes and detained her .
