Hengaw : Nearly a week after the murder of two women and a man in front of Kermanshah’s courthouse, Hengaw publishes more details regarding this .

According to a report received by Hengaw  Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, a person identified as "Ashkan Kazemi" murdered three citizens with a gun on Bint Al-Huda Street in front of Kermanshah’s courthouse, one of them a lawyer and one  his own wife.

Hengaw’s correspondent in Kermanshah reported that, Ashkan Kazemi, an official member of the Iranian army, shot his wife, identified as "Shiva Zafari" from the Dinvar county of Sahneh district and his brother-in-law, and  his wife's lawyer, Parivash Nazari, from Kermanshah ans as a result they lost their lives .

According to an informed source, the murderer was identified as First Lieutenant Ashkan Kazemi from Govar, Gilan-e-Gharb district, who was active in the 281st Brigade of the Biston Armored Division and used his organizational weapon

"9mm Parablum" and killed three other citizens  due to a dispute over the amount of dowry and refund.

A reliable eyewitness who was present at the time of the  shooting told Hengaw: "Shiva Zafari's brother lost his life during the shooting, but Shiva and her lawyer were injured. The emergency services arrived at the scene with a long delay and  transferred  them to medical  centers but they lost their lives later . “

A lawyer from the Kermanshah Judiciary Association told Hengaw: "The incident took place in front of the courthouse and 100 meters from the governor's office, and the police arrived there after 50 minutes, and if it was not for a young person, the killer would have easily escaped.” According to him, the young man chased  and arrested the murderer, and after 50 minutes, the police forced arrived and arrested him.
