Hengaw:  At the end of September this year, Hengaw, the Human Rights Organization, reported the death of two Kurdish detainees under torture in Nagadeh by Urmia Islamic Revolutionary Guard Cop in early September 2021. The news was formally announced to their families today.

According to a report received by the Hangaw Organization on Monday, November 15, 2021, the Naghadeh's Revolutionary Guards informed the families of Asad Ramin and Davood Rahimi ( 35 years old ) that their beloved ones are no longer alive.

On September 20, 2021, Hengaw released a report stating that Asad Ramin and Davood Rahimi (Assad's brother-in-law) were killed under torture by IRGC in Urmia.

According to a credible source, the families had asked to receive the bodies of Asad and Ramin, but they were told that: "It is enough to know that they are no longer alive, and you will not see their bodies". Furthermore, Security forces have threatened the families that they do not have the right to hold a funeral.

Hangaw had previously reported that IRGC forces had shot the car of the two citizens during their detention, and Assad had been shot and injured his thigh, and Davood had been shot several times. After they got arrested, they were transferred to the IRGC Detention Center in Urmia. They were deprived of all the rights of a prisoner and the right to medical treatments.

A relative of Rahimi's family had previously told Hengaw: "The security forces have informed Rahimi's family that Davood is in the ICU, and yet they have not informed the family of his possible whereabouts or treatment. "

On the evening of Wednesday, September 1, 2021, IRGC forces with a Samand car with a personal license plate, two Toyota Hilux cars, and an ambulance near the village of Qarna shot Asad Ramin's car arrested them.

On the same day, Ramin, Asad's son, and Sardar Ramin, Assad's nephew, were arrested but were recently released on bail.
