Yousef Amini from Oshnavyeh was sentenced to 2 years in prison

Hengaw: Another citizen from Oshnavyeh was sentenced to imprisonment by the Revolutionary Court of this city, and this is the twelfth citizen who has been sentenced to imprisonment by the court in recent days. 
 
According to a report received by Hengaw Human Rights Organization, Yousef Amini, a citizen from Oshnavyeh (Shno), was sentenced by Branch 1 of the Oshnavyeh Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge "Rezaei", to two years in prison. 
 
According to an informed source, the sentence was issued on charges of "membership in the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran." The trial of Yousef Amini was held in March 2022, and he was officially notified on Sunday, March 27th. 
 
Yousef Amini, a resident of the village of Gargavi (Fajrabad), was arrested on Monday, January 24, 2022, after being summoned to the Oshnavyeh Intelligence Office, and he was temporarily released on bail till pending trial. 
 
In recent days, at least 11 other citizens of Oshnavyeh have been sentenced to prison on the same charge by Branch 1 of the Oshnavyeh Revolutionary Court.
