Hengaw: It has been reported that a number of citizens from Sanandaj, who were detained by Revolutionary Guards after the Nowruz ceremony were tortured severely by the security forces, and their hair was shaved by force.  
 
According to informed sources, three of the Sanandaj Nowruz detainees, Omid Sheikhi, Saman Miraki, and Arman Salimi, were severely tortured in the Revolutionary Guards Intelligence Detention Center (Shahramfar), so that Saman Miraki's head is broken. 
 
The source said "in order to humiliate them, the hair of the three citizens was shaved by force, besides being severely tortured." 
 
The three citizens were summoned and then detained by the IRGC one day after the Nowruz ceremony in Kudak park, Sanandaj.  
 
Earlier, Hengaw Human Rights Organization had announced the arrest of more than 50 people during the Nowruz ceremonies in Kurdistan in a report mentioning that 31 of them had been identified till now, and 12 of them are still in custody in Sanandaj.  
 
It is worth mentioning that in Salmas, three citizens were arrested after participating in the Nowruz ceremony in this city and released after seven hours of interrogation and obtaining a written commitment, besides shaving their hair.
