Hengaw: A kurdish citizen from Baneh was sentenced to imprisonment on charges of "Propagation for Regime's opposition parties" by a branch of the Revolutionary court of Saqez, in Baneh, Iran. 
 
According to a report recieved by Hangaw Human Rights Organization, a citizen of Baneh identified as Abdulvahed Abbasizade, 35, was sentenced to 3 months in prison by a branch of the Revolutionary court in Baneh headed by Akbar Mirzaei. 
 
Hengaw has been informed that the sentence was issued on charges of "Propagation in favor of Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran through social media" and has been deprived of the right to access a lawyer. 
 
According to the verdict, the previous arrest is also considered, and the rest of the sentence has been suspended by 3 years, so he must report to the intelligence office monthly or every three months. 
 
Abdulvahed Abbaszadeh was detained on Saturday, November 21, 2020, by intelligence forces of Baneh without any warrant and was temporarily released from detention center after seventeen days on a bail of 200 million Tomans until the end of proceedings. 
 
It is worth mentioning that Abdulvahed Abbaszadeh is from the village of "kawpich sofla", married and has three children.
