The issuance of five centuries of prison and 2000 lashes for 34 protesters for the rape of a school janitor to a 12 years old Kurdish girl, in Urmia

Hengaw: The Iranian judiciary has issued severe sentences for 34 protestors for raping a school janitor to a 12 years old girl in this city.

According to report of the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on 24 August ,The court 34 protesters for raping a school janitor “ Rahe Shohada “ to a 12 years old student girl , Located in Islamabad, Urmia In branch of 112, Condemned to 503 years prison , 1880 lashes and the payment of 27 million Tomans.
The verdicts :

1- Borhan Imran Zadat, son of Abdul Majid, sentenced to 30 years and 8 months imprisonment.
2- Hossein Mehtabi, son of Sadiq, sentenced to 28 years and 6 months imprisonment and 148 lashes.
3- Reza Mousavi Heshtiani, son of Majid, sentenced to 27 years and 8 months imprisonment and 74 lashes.
4- Vahid Khdri Dorga, son of Sabri, sentenced to 24 years and 8 months imprisonment and 74 lashes
5- Parviz Umari, son of Osman, sentenced to 24 years imprisonment and 74 lashes
6- Ehsan Abdi Zadeh, son of Muzaffar, sentenced to 24 years imprisonment and 74 lashes
7- Mansur Abdar Havan, son of Isa, sentenced to 19 years and 6 months imprisonment and 74 lashes
8- Esfandiar Hatami, son of Khalid, sentenced to 15 years and 8 months imprisonment and 74 lashes
9- Aram Ebadi, son of Jamil, sentenced to 15 years and 8 months imprisonment and 74 lashes
10- Payam Hafezi Nargi son of Bengin, sentenced to 15 years and 8 months imprisonment and 74 lashes
11- Amir Taleb Marani, son of Bapir, sentenced to 15 years and 8 months imprisonment and 74 lashes
12- Safar Abdullahi, son of Rashid, sentenced to 15 years and 8 months imprisonment and 74 lashes
13- Ahmed Jahangiri, son of Qasem, sentenced to 15 years and 8 months imprisonment and 74 lashes
14- Muslim Falah, son of Mohammad Dayir, sentenced to 15 years and 8 months imprisonment and 74 lashes

24- Ahmed Amini, son of Rahim, sentenced to 12 years imprisonment and 74 lashes
25- Tohid Qalandari, son of Osman, sentenced to 11 years and 6 months imprisonment
26- Yashar Baygzadeh, son of Anwar, sentenced to 11 years imprisonment and 74 lashes
27- Ayhan Asghari, son of Sadiq, sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and payment of 3 million Tomans
28- Jalal Naamanpur, son of Fakhreddin, sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and payment of 3 million Tomans
29- Arman Nadimi, son of Hussein, sentenced to 10 years imprisonment and payment of 3 million Tomans
30- Touran Iran Serasteh, son of Youssef, sentenced to 6 years and 8 months imprisonment and 148 lashes
31- Jaber Abdullah Zadeh, son of Fareem, sentenced 6 years and 6 months imprisonment and 3 million Tomans
32 - Kamal Ebrahimi, son of Iraj, sentenced to 3 years and 6 months imprisonment and 4 million and 500 thousands tomans injuries
33- Milad khezri , son of Sadiq, sentenced to 4 months imprisonment and 30 lashes
34- Pejman Mohammad Zadeh, son of Fakhreddin, sentenced to pay 10 million Tomans Cash penalty

On Monday (23,October,2017), hundreds of residents of Islamabad in Urmia had been Protested For the protest against the rape of a school janitor “ Rahe Shohada “ to a 12 years old Kurdish girl, In front of this school,and With the intervention of security forces and anti-riot forces, dozens of people were arrested and 11 others were wounded.

In the course of these protests, The pertesters burned school of “Rahe Shohada” and the Basij Headquarters of the Qods Mosque.
